Doug Steiner plans to build three new retail buildings as part of the redevelopment of Admiral’s Row in Brooklyn. Steiner, who developed Steiner Studios in the nearby Brooklyn Navy Yard, filed plans on Friday with the Department of Buildings for three properties at 25 Navy Street, 1 Flushing Avenue and 3 Flushing Avenue.
