Spain’s Socialist Party in a last ditch attempt to form a government 26 April
Lest we forget ( the election was on 20 Dec after all) Spain still has to form a government after PM Rajoy’s conservative Popular Party came in first with 123 seats but lost the majority it had held since 2011.
