In China the SCI is currently +2.27% at 3091.94 in a 3041-3097 range so far.

A good session for Japanese equities on weaker yen and stronger Chinese data

– USDJPY 108.90 underpinned still but facing offers/res at 109.00

Conflicting expectations for key producers to agree on a production freeze keep the market in a volatile mode.
