It’s clear that toymakers Mattel (NASDAQ: MAT) and Hasbro (NASDAQ: HAS) no longer fear having their intellectual property stolen as they bring the power of 3D printing into the hands of kids themselves. Last month, Mattel teamed up with Autodesk (NASDAQ: ADSK) to introduce a modern-day version of the 1960’s Thingmaker molded-toy creator that will allow kids to 3D print their own toys.
