– 3mth-year +9.5% vs +9.0% exp/prev
Stronger HPI follows on from the recent and the upturn will bring concerns to the BOE but that doesn’t necessarily mean rate hikes. They have, and can, introduce more regulation/controls as they’ve repeatedly stated last year
