Winners and losers among global markets were maybe a bit surprising in 2015. U.S. markets puttered home, with the S&P 500 effectively flat, the Dow industrials down more than 1% and the Nasdaq rising a bit less than 7%. While that was not cheer-raising stuff, it trounced the take in London, where the FTSE 100 shed 4.9% for its second straight annual decline.
