An Australian regulator raised antitrust concerns over a planned $6.5 billion takeover by Canada’s Brookfield Asset Management (BAMa.TO) of freight firm Asciano Ltd (AIO.AX), potentially jeopardizing the country’s biggest inbound deal in four years.
