Closing changes for the main European bourses:
– UK FSE +2.6%
– French CAC +3.3%
– German DAX +3.0%
– Spain IBEX +2.7%
– Italy MIB +3.6%
The FTSE was flat on the week but even with the huge gains today, other indexes were lower. Germany in particular suffered because of the VW fiasco. The DAX finished the week down 2.3%.
