New highs were few Monday amid an ultra-volatile day in the stock market. But a couple of highly rated names touched new highs. BioTelemetry (BEAT) ended up 0.35 to 14.04 after a wild session. Intraday, it was down as much as 10% and up as much as 5%. Monday marked its third gain in the past four sessions. The stock has been on a rocky road since breaking out July 16, but is now 23% past an 11.43 buy point from a big cup-with-handle base.
