Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton was indicted for securities fraud and failing to register as a securities adviser, according to Collin County, Texas records. At the time, Paxton wasn’t registered as an investment adviser representative. On Monday, he arrived at the Collin County jail in McKinney and was quickly processed before leaving in a caravan of black SUVs.
