In the 1987 classic film “Wall Street,” Gordon Gekko said, “The most valuable commodity I know of is information.” China’s Autohome (ATHM), which empowers consumers with the information needed to buy a vehicle, is seeing continued strength in advertising. In May, the company said the revenue from advertising services by automakers and dealers jumped 78% from a year ago. In the fourth quarter, Autohome posted an 88% surge in ad revenue.
