Investors in the largest dividend ETFs have scored the best returns from non-U.S. stocks in 2015. Both developed and emerging markets have paid off handsomely. International ETFs with a small-cap focus have seen the biggest stock market gains. They account for three of the five best performers in the category. WisdomTree Europe SmallCap Dividend (DFE) has risen 14.6% so far this year vs. Vanguard Dividend Appreciation’s (VIG) 0.5% decline.
