Stocks were modestly higher in Tuesday’s early going, adding to gains from Monday’s upside reversal. The Nasdaq and the S&P 500 were up 0.2% and 0.1%, respectively. The Dow Jones industrial average was also up 0.2%. Volume was running mixed in the stock market today. Nasdaq trade was tracking higher, but NYSE trade was running lower.
