Stock futures were high and muscling higher ahead of Friday’s open, as global markets responded to central bank news out of China and Europe. Dow futures were 154 points above fair market value and rising. Nasdaq 100 futures were ahead a powerful 37.4 points. S&P 500 futures were also unusually high, up 18.9 points. The stock market today faces no major economic reports. But premarket action showed U.S.
