Oil futures closed at the lowest level in more than four years amid skepticism that OPEC ministers will come to an agreement that trims a supply glut behind a five-month slide in prices. Futures fell 0.7% in London and 0.5% in New York after Saudi Oil Minister Ali Al-Naimi said tumbling crude prices will stabilize on their own.
