Discount airliner JetBlue (JBLU) hit a new high in heavy volume Wednesday and retook a 12.93 buy point from a cup base in the process. The airline industry has been in a strong multiyear uptrend, but JetBlue lags peers Spirit Airlines (SAVE), Southwest Airlines (LUV) and Alaska Air Group (ALK) in terms of earnings and revenue growth. The stock finished 2% above its buy point, up 0.52 to 13.24.
