SEC Approves Nontransparent, Actively Managed ETP
The Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday greenlit a nontransparent ETF-type structure. And late Friday, it approved Nasdaq’s request to list and trade the new products. Taiwan Semiconductor In Buy Range From Breakout
Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSM) is in buying range from a 21.48 buy point in a shallow double-bottom base. The stock broke out on Oct. 22, but also reversed lower that day. Taiwan Semiconductor pulled back last week, ending a three-week advance. While it rose during those three weeks in above-average volume, it has retreated in soft trade. This is ideal action to see in a pullback.
