Buyers came into the stock market Thursday after a weak open. The Nasdaq fell 1.2% early but recovered for a gain of 0.2% in late-afternoon trading. The S&P 500 and the Dow Jones industrial average each rose 0.1%. NYSE and Nasdaq volume was tracking close to Wednesday’s levels. Earlier today, European Central Bank chief Mario Draghi said the ECB will buy assets for at least two years to spur economic growth in the eurozone.
