Autohome (ATHM) is seeing its bread-and-butter ad business ramp up as automakers and dealers shift to Internet advertising to attract consumers. Revenue from advertising services jumped 56% in Q4, 52% in Q1 and 61% in Q2. Autohome is seeing an increase in average advertising sales from automakers. And due to Autohome’s expansion into new geographical markets and further penetration into existing markets, auto dealers are placing more ads.
