Sometimes no news is good news, but comments from Chinese Finance Minister Lou Jiwei hinting at a lack of additional stimulus measures wreaked havoc on Chinese stock market indexes and Chinese ADRs. At a meeting with other G-20 finance ministers and central bankers, Jiwei on Sunday said the Chinese government will not significantly change its economic policy because of a single economic indicator.
