New Issue Arista Networks Works On New Base
Arista Networks (ANET) is building a new base after triggering a couple of sell signals last month. While a new base is in the works, the stock has some flaws. The June new issue is close to forming a cup-with-handle base with a 79.98 buy point. Since cups with handles need at least seven weeks to form, Arista is about a week shy of the time requirement. The stock’s base corrected 22% from its July 2 peak, which is not out of the norm.
