The good news: Health costs for retirees have not changed in the past year. The bad news: Those costs are still at nosebleed heights, according to the latest annual health care cost survey by Fidelity Investments. Couples retiring at age 65 are expected to incur $220,000 in out-of-pocket health care costs on average during their post-work years, the survey found.
